Awards and Letters of Appreciation of the Academic Staff:

Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Akkenzhe Shansharkyzy Busurmanova was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022 for scientific achievements.
On April 17–18, 2025, at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, within the framework of the XVII Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the field 6B012 – “Training of Chemistry Teachers”, 4th-year student Kaisar Bekbulat won 1st place. Supervisor: Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor A.Sh. Busurmanova.
In 2024, Akkenzhe Shansharkyzy Busurmanova was awarded the Shakhmardan Yessenov Medal for her contribution to the development of the University.

Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences Manshuk Muratkyzy Ibraeva received a number of prestigious awards during 2023–2024 for high achievements in scientific-pedagogical and public activities. In 2023, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from YU, as well as a Letter of Appreciation and an Honorary Diploma from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2024, her professional and scientific achievements were highly recognized, and she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Akimat of the Mangystau Region. In addition, for her scientific potential and activity among young scientists, she received the title “Best Young Scientist of YU – 2024”. For her significant contribution to science and education, she was awarded the “Yessenov” badge.
She was also awarded the “Excellence in Science” Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2024, for her public and professional activity and contribution to youth policy, she became the winner of the “Zhas Tulpar – 2024” Youth Award.
These awards demonstrate the high professional level of Manshuk Muratkyzy Ibraeva in scientific, pedagogical, and public activities, as well as the significance of her contribution to the country’s development.

Ainur Yerbulatovna Zhidebayeva received a number of awards for her active scientific-pedagogical work and professional achievements. In 2023, for high results at the university level, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from YU, as well as a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2024, for her contribution to the social and scientific development of the region, she received a Letter of Appreciation from the Akim of the Mangystau Region.
In 2025, for significant achievements in the field of science and higher education and for her contribution to research activities, she was awarded the “Excellence in Science” Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences Aigul Koshmuratovna Serikbayeva was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of Yessenov University in 2024 for high professional performance and a significant contribution to teaching-methodological and scientific-pedagogical work.

Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences R.D. Mukhaseva received a number of state and departmental awards for her many years of productive work in the field of education and scientific-pedagogical activity.
In 2007, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of the University for her contribution to the development of the University and improvement of education quality. In 2009, for outstanding achievements in scientific and pedagogical activity, she received an Honorary Certificate from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She was awarded a commemorative badge dedicated to the 45th anniversary of Sh. Yessenov University. In 2011, for her significant contribution to education and science and high professional excellence, she was awarded the “Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan” badge by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Elvira Umirovna Sagyndykova was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2024 for scientific achievements, and in 2025 she was awarded the Shakhmardan Yessenov Medal for her contribution to the development of the University.

Galymzhan Alpamysuly Karamyrzayev was awarded the following letters of appreciation:

Research Projects:

Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Akkenzhe Shansharkyzy Busurmanova served as an executor of the following projects:

  1. Modification of petroleum bitumen with industrial and household polymer waste, grant-funded, 2020–2022;

  2. Contract-based project Chemical treatment of clay-covered and poisoned well sections at the Shagyrly Shomishli field, 2019;

  3. Development of technologies for synthesizing granulated ammonium sulfate under the conditions of JSC “KazAzot”, grant-funded, 2023–2025;

  4. Modification of petroleum bitumen with rubber waste, grant-funded, 2023–2025.

Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Akkenzhe Shansharkyzy Busurmanova is the project leader of Development of a technology for modifying petroleum bitumens and asphalt concretes with rubber–polymer composites, grant-funded, 2025–2027.

Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences Manshuk Muratkyzy Ibraeva implemented a number of significant fundamental and applied research projects within her research activities during 2018–2025.
In particular, in 2018–2020, she participated in the research project Phytochemical screening of useful plants of southeastern Kazakhstan, conducting studies aimed at identifying biologically active substances of the national flora and assessing their scientific potential.
Additionally, in 2018–2020, within the framework of the project Development of scientific foundations for isolating new domestic preparations from plant raw materials for medicine and agriculture, research was carried out to identify effective and safe biologically active compounds derived from plant-based raw materials and to assess their practical application potential.
In 2023–2025, within the applied project Modification of petroleum bitumens with rubber-technical waste, research of high environmental and industrial significance is being conducted. The project aims to improve the quality indicators of bitumens and enhance production technologies through waste recycling in the petrochemical industry.
These research projects demonstrate the high scientific potential of Manshuk Muratkyzy Ibraeva in the field of natural sciences, her ability to conduct interdisciplinary research, and her significant contribution to the development of national science and industry.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences Ainur Yerbulatovna Zhidebayeva actively participated in a number of important research projects in the fields of ecology, biodiversity conservation, and rational use of natural resources during 2012–2025.
In 2018–2020, she served as the responsible executor of the project Development of scientific-practical and computer-information foundations for creating landscape-collection and park-garden plantings in the Mangystau desert zone for the conservation and rational use of plant biodiversity, implemented with grant funding from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the project, significant work was carried out on research planning, conducting experiments and analyses, and systematizing and documenting the obtained scientific results.
In 2023–2025, within the framework of the Zhas Galym program of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she is conducting research as the scientific leader of project AP19175489 Scientific substantiation of ecological aspects of biodiversity conservation in the Shyetpe–South chalk quarry area using GIS technologies. The project is aimed at scientifically substantiating regional biodiversity conservation issues through geoinformation technologies.
In addition, she participates as an executor in the mega-project IRN BR24992964 Development of integrated energy-saving technologies to increase the efficiency and environmental sustainability of marine operations in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, contributing to research focused on enhancing environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.

Galymzhan Alpamysuly Karamyrzayev is the author and founder of a number of innovative projects in the fields of education, engineering, and digital technologies.
In the 2024–2025 academic years, he founded the Serpin robotics project, within which he contributed to providing school students and university students with engineering training in accordance with international standards. Within the project, teams in the FLL Challenge (Joo Robotics) and FTC (362 ATA) categories participated in national and international competitions, demonstrating a high level of technical and engineering skills. For the 2025–2026 academic year, the preparation of new teams in the FLL Discover and FLL Explore categories is planned and underway.
In addition, Galymzhan Alpamysuly Karamyrzayev is the author of the project EcoHydroFarm – an environmentally friendly hydroponic farm. The project aims to develop sustainable agriculture, ensure efficient use of water resources, and introduce innovative agrotechnologies. As part of the project, the establishment of a specialized laboratory at the Sh. Yessenov Caspian University of Technologies and Engineering is planned.
