Laboratory No. 1

Abish Kekilbayuly Research Laboratory

On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the People’s Writer of Kazakhstan, prominent statesman and public figure, Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan Abish Kekilbayev, the “Research Laboratory named after Abish Kekilbayev” was opened. The laboratory is equipped with modern multimedia equipment for the educational and research process, in particular, a multifunctional projector, a magnetic board, an interactive whiteboard, an Internet computer device, special textbooks, teaching aids, scientific literature.

With the help of an interactive whiteboard, students and undergraduates can watch, read and download videos, electronic textbooks, audiobooks, and documentaries to smartphones via the QR code application.

Our university also conducts a study of the spiritual heritage of the great writer. According to the curriculum of the bachelor’s specialty “Kazakh language and literature”, the course “Study of Abish Kekilbayev’s life and works” is taught. “Abish Kekilbayev’s readings” are traditionally held annually.

According to the work of Abish Kekilbayev, diploma projects and master’s theses are defended, professors-teachers study the linguistic and literary aspects of the writer’s work, write scientific articles, projects, monographs, textbooks. Our teaching duty remains to instill the skills of studying the rich spiritual heritage of a great personality by young students.

Laboratory No. 2

Department of “Natural Sciences”

Students receive information on all sections of the subject “Biology”. After completing the laboratory work, the student makes a conclusion based on the obtained experimental studies. While performing laboratory work, students master physiological and laboratory methods and consolidate theoretical knowledge, as well as form general academic skills and systematize the studied material.

Laboratory No. 3

Laboratory “Physical Geography”

In the laboratory of physical geography, students are engaged in scientific research in order to replenish the knowledge gained in lectures in accordance with the program. This class is intended for practical training in the subjects of physical geography of Kazakhstan, the basics of landscape science, and soil geography. Students use physical cards throughout the lesson. The lessons use materials collected by students during field experiments.
