In accordance with the Strategic Development Plan of the Caspian University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov for 2024–2029 (dated February 24, 2024), the goal of the faculty is to contribute to the university’s development as a competitive leading higher education institution at the national and international levels, including within the Turkic world, through the systematic advancement of quality education and research activities.
1. Enhancing the quality of education
Continuous updating of educational programs in line with current labor market requirements, professional development of academic staff, and the expansion of international and foreign academic mobility programs for faculty members and students.
2. Strengthening research capacity
Increasing the quantity and quality of scientific publications, expanding participation in grant-funded and program-targeted projects, and implementing joint research initiatives with domestic and international scientific organizations.
3. Developing the student and spiritual-cultural environment
Revitalizing the activities of student clubs and public associations, and organizing academic, cultural, and educational events (conferences, seminars, forums, round tables) aimed at developing students’ personal, leadership, and civic qualities.
